Gnome Desktop set cursor theme global
So one of the problems with wanting to make gnome desktop look like you want it, is that most places just tell you to make .icons and .themes in your home dir. Its fine for .themes since it works as intended, but if you want to change the look of your cursor it might give some fun “problems”.
Fx some applications will not use the cursor theme if you only have it in your home dir.
Now there is a way to “fix” this
How to
It's simple, copy your desired cursor theme into /usr/share/icons. Now the cursor theme will be applied globally when you set it in tweaks (gnome-tweaks)
